Bob is the CEO and Founder of Moore, which opened in November 1990. Bob treats patients in the Darien office and General Electric Corporate Headquarters. He also serves as an on site Ergonomics Consultant at GE. In addition to 25 years as a Physical Therapist, Bob is an Adjunct Lecturer at Norwalk Community College, where he teaches Sports Medicine to area coaches.
Bob is a lifelong athlete. Like several members of his staff, Bob was drawn to a career in Physical Therapy following a sports-related injury in high school. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1983. Bob has been active in the physical therapy community for over 20 years. He served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association (CPTA) and is a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Bob has dedicated himself to not only serving his patients, but his community as well. He is an active supporter of the Mickey Lione Foundation and dedicates his time and resources to many community organizations. In addition, Bob serves on the advisory board of the Quinnipiac University School of Science.
Bob lives in Fairfield with his wife and their two small children. Bob loves to spend time with his children, is an avid golfer, and enjoys a great New York Giants tailgate.
