Bridget has been on the Moore Team since June of 2007, working as a physical therapy aide. In June 2011, she joined our staff as a Physical Therapist.
She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at New York Medical College and a BA in Biological Sciences at State University of New York in Binghamton after completing their pre-med program in 2007.
Bridget gained valuable experience during her clinical affiliations at Long Ridge of Stamford, (Skilled Nursing Facility/Sub-Acute Care) CT; Advanced Physical Therapy (Outpatient Orthopedic) Stamford, CT; Putnam Hospital Center (Acute Care) Carmel, NY; Westchester Sports Physical Therapy (Outpatient Orthopedic) Scarsdale, NY; Blythedale Children’s Hospital (Pediatric Rehabilitation) Valhalla, NY.
She especially enjoys the satisfaction received from helping others attain their goals and enabling them to return to their previous function levels. Her co-workers also help play a part in her motivation.
Outside of the work environment, her time is spent mountain climbing, rollerblading, fishing and visiting with family and friends. Bridget’s favorite thing to do is listen to country music and attend concerts with her friends.
On a personal level, Bridget’s true passion in life is helping others. She believes the key to successful work with patients is creating a trusting relationship.
