Joe Esposito, MSPT, CSCS

Joe joined the Moore team in 2009 as a Physical Therapist and works in the Wilton facility. Joe brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position. He has honed his skills working in an orthopedic and sports medicine center as well as through numerous clinical affiliations. Joe continues to develop an expertise in the treatment and prevention of shoulder and elbow injuries in overhead athletes, as a result of working under the head physical therapist for the New York Mets during his clinical affiliation with the Hospital for Special Surgery’s Sports and Rehabilitation and Performance Center.

Prevention of injuries, especially for youth athletes, is a passion of Joe’s. He has brought ImPACT concussion testing to Moore. Joe is also an adjunct lecturer at Norwalk Community College where he teaches sports medicine to area coaches.  Joe earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Springfield College and has been certified by NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  He enjoys the teamwork of the clinic environment and helping patients return to their sport, job and daily activities.  

Outside of work Joe enjoys golfing, boating, and is an avid New York Giants fan.
