    Ideal for participants 60 and older

This is a VERY popular class.

You'll be moving with more confidence

and feeling strong again!

You will work on core stabilization exercises, balance, strength and deep breathing exercises with rhythmic movement - ALWAYS under the watchful eye of a competent and caring trainer who knows this population.

Your personal training program at Moore will provide it all.

Our personal training program puts the focus on you. We conduct a Functional Evaluation, a thorough assessment of how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, your personal trainer can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring.

Your Moore personal trainer provides you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance. We will tailor a program to help you build your strength, flexibility and properly condition you to achieve your goals.

.

As you work through your program with your Moore personal trainer, modifications are made to continually challenge you and advance your progress.
