with a Functional Movement Screen™ [details...] before
training at Moore. We assess your flexibility,
joint mobility, your
core strength, body mechanics, and we identify
potential injury risks. The process determines
the appropriate program and level for you.

Get
Ready for Tennis
This class prepares you
to hit the court running for the indoor tennis
season. You’ll prevent injury and
build endurance, strength, speed and
agility specifically for tennis.

Don’t fall behind
the competition. We will help you reach beyond
your potential.
Do the most to avoid getting
hurt this year. We’ll improve your strength,
footwork, balance, and rotational power.

This program
is targeted to the recreational
as well as avid golfer
to help you get
in shape during the off season.
The program begins with active stretching
exercises to increase your flexibility
through your
core, legs and shoulders. We’ll
add circuit training to boost your
general fitness, including strength,
endurance
and balance.

This high-intensity
program uses medicine balls, jump ropes,
climbing ropes, dumbbells, bands, step,
plyometrics (jumping), and superbands
to tone, build strength and stamina.
It is our version of boot camp. This
6-week class is appropriate for level
Triple A*.

This program uses medicine
balls, jump ropes, climbing ropes,
dumbbells, bands, step, plyometrics
(jumping and landing), and superbands
to boost athleticism and overall fitness.
It is our version of basic training.
Appropriate for level Triple A*.

Personal
Training for Adults
Inspiration. Motivation. Challenge.
Your personal training program at Moore will provide
it all.
Our personal training program puts
the focus on you. We conduct a Functional Evaluation,
a thorough
assessment
of how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility,
body mechanics and core strength. Through this
process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress
throughout
your training at Moore, your personal trainer can
identify physical problems that put you at risk
for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce
the
possibility of an injury occurring.
Your Moore personal
trainer provides you with a written report and
personal consultation that helps
to chart
the course for better performance. Then they
will tailor a program to help you build your strength,
flexibility and properly condition you to achieve
your goals.
As you work through your program
with your Moore personal trainer, modifications are
made
to continually
challenge you and advance your progress.
