With limited participants per class, our instructors can keep a watchful eye on your performance to ensure that your movement during class is appropriate and safe.

Functional Movement Screen™

Every client starts with a Functional Movement Screen™ [details...] before training at Moore. We assess your flexibility, joint mobility, your core strength, body mechanics, and we identify potential injury risks. The process determines the appropriate program and level for you.

Power Lunch Fitness - registration open

Having trouble finding time for your health & fitness?

We’ll give you a high intensive, high paced workout during this 30 minute Total Body Strength and Conditioning class.  Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Class runs Mon & Thurs

12:30 - 1:00

$15/class - sold in packages of 6 classes for $90.

Fitness, Flexibility and Strength for Adults

Looking for better overall fitness, better core strength and flexibility.  This is the class for you - Fitness that fits your work schedule! Ideal for the weekend warrior, the upcoming ski season, and overall health. Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Keep Moving!  Better Balance & Strength -registration open

Ideal for participants 50 and olderSmall group class with individualized attention.

You'll be moving with more confidence and feeling strong again!

We will work on core stabilization exercises, balance, strength and deep breathing exercises with rhythmic movement. Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

  • Wed & Fri - 11:00 am - 12:00.
  • Tue & Thurs - 1:00 - 2:00 pm

Get Ready for Tennis  registration open

This class prepares you to hit the court running for the indoor tennis season. You’ll prevent injury and build endurance, strength, speed and agility specifically for tennis.  We have 2 Etcheberry Certified trainers on staff and these techniques are applied to the training.  Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Get Ready for Golf

This program is targeted to the recreational as well as avid golfer to help you get in shape during the off season. The program begins with active stretching exercises to increase your flexibility through your core, legs and shoulders. We’ll add circuit training to boost your general fitness, including strength, endurance and balance.

Personal Training for Adults /

Semi- Private available as well.

Inspiration. Motivation. Challenge. Your personal training program at Moore will provide it all.

Our personal training program puts the focus on you. We conduct a Functional Evaluation, a thorough assessment of how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, your personal trainer can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring.

Your Moore personal trainer provides you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance. Then they will tailor a program to help you build your strength, flexibility and properly condition you to achieve your goals.

As you work through your program with your Moore personal trainer, modifications are made to continually challenge you and advance your progress.
