At Moore, you get the results you're looking for, whether you are a personal training client or you participate in a class.

With limited participants per class, our instructors can keep a watchful eye on your performance to ensure that your movement during class is appropriate and safe.

All classes are held at our Wilton facility at 37 Danbury Rd.

(less than a mile north of the Norwalk DMV.)

Tone, Strengthen & SLIM DOWN your CORE for summer!

.

Your core is more than your abs - you need to strengthen from your shoulders to your hips and glutes to have the best core.  This class will improve everything you do - sports, recreation and daily activities.  It will also make you feel and look better.

Power Lunch Fitness - registration open

Having trouble finding time for your health & fitness?

We’ll give you a high intensive, high paced workout during this 30 minute Total Body Strength and Conditioning class.  Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Keep Moving!  Better Balance & Strength -registration open

Ideal for participants 60 and olderSmall group class with individualized attention.

.

You'll be moving with more confidence and feeling strong again!

We will work on core stabilization exercises, balance, strength and deep breathing exercises with rhythmic movement - ALWAYS under the watchful eye of a competent and caring trainer who knows this population. Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Generate more power - Improve agility and speed - Stay strong through long matches

This class prepares you to hit the court running for tennis season. You’ll prevent injury and build endurance, strength, speed and agility specifically for tennis.  We have 2 Etcheberry Certified trainers on staff and these techniques are applied to the training.  Complimentary Fitness Screen provided before start of program.

Our personal training program puts the focus on you. We conduct a Functional Evaluation, a thorough assessment of how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, your personal trainer can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring.

.

Your Moore personal trainer provides you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance. Then they will tailor a program to help you build your strength, flexibility and properly condition you to achieve your goals.

.

As you work through your program with your Moore personal trainer, modifications are made to continually challenge you and advance your progress.

.
