Training
102 – Structure in
Motion**
Think of a tall
tree gracefully shifting in a violent breeze.
This program is age specific and builds upon
the ‘Strength in Structure’ principals.
Athletes will work on a combination
of strength, power, agility,
and mobility using integrated
movements. Acceleration/Deceleration
combined with stability will
allow athletes
to efficiently
use stored
energy and create grace and
power as one unit.
Increase Your Speed**
Speed
is essential to sport. Athletes will learn
and perform
techniques to improve their speed. This program
will incorporate proven strength and movement
techniques to enhance and improve speed. Footwork,
running techniques
and balanced movement will be addressed in
order
to create efficient connection between Legs,
Core and Upper Torso.
*Each athlete must undergo
a Functional Assesment
(movement analysis and fundamental performance)
to determine
individual strengths,
weaknesses, and movement patterns.
This will allow our professional staff of strength
and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers and
physical therapists to safely
identify and implement
individualized flexibility and strength exercises
into the group format. Additional Cost.
**Each athlete
will require a Performance Evaluation
to determine sports specific strengths and
weaknesses. This
evaluation
will assess ones
speed, agility, strength,
power, and endurance. Additional Cost.
