Get off the couch
and away from the computer this summer! You’ll
build fitness and have a blast with kids your
age, led
by our engaging
fitness trainers.
Maximum of 8 participants per fitness camp.

Fun and fitness
can go together! This is a program designed to get
your child off the couch, and away from the computer!
Your child will work through a variety of exercises
geared at strengthening their upper and lower body,
as well as core strength and improving endurance. We
include games to help youngsters learn to enjoy age-appropriate
competition in a fun atmosphere.
This class will get your child moving
in the right direction! Moore Speed & Agility
is both a philosophy and training technique
that includes footwork, resistance, and
assistance to improve speed and agility.
The program is a great foundation for all
sports, dance or outdoor activities. Games
and healthy competition create excitement
and fun.
This class is appropriate for those who
want to get into better physical condition
or prepare for sports, dance or vigorous
outdoor activities. You'll work on footwork,
resistance and assistance to improve speed
and agility. Strength training is added
to help you add power. Games and healthy
