Summer Camps for Youth
Ages 7-18

 

All camps are held at Moore’s new, NCAA Division 1 Caliber Athletic and All Sports Center in Wilton, 37 Danbury Rd.

Fitness Camps

Get off the couch and away from the computer this summer! You’ll build fitness and have a blast with kids your age, led by our engaging fitness trainers. Maximum of 8 participants per fitness camp.

Ages 7-10/Elementary School
Fitness “Fun”damentals Camp


Fun and fitness can go together! This is a program designed to get your child off the couch, and away from the computer! Your child will work through a variety of exercises geared at strengthening their upper and lower body, as well as core strength and improving endurance. We include games to help youngsters learn to enjoy age-appropriate competition in a fun atmosphere.

 

Ages 11-13/Middle School
Speed & Agility Camp


This class will get your child moving in the right direction! Moore Speed & Agility is both a philosophy and training technique that includes footwork, resistance, and assistance to improve speed and agility. The program is a great foundation for all sports, dance or outdoor activities. Games and healthy competition create excitement and fun.

 

Ages 14-18/High School
Speed, Agility and Strength Camp


This class is appropriate for those who want to get into better physical condition or prepare for sports, dance or vigorous outdoor activities. You'll work on footwork, resistance and assistance to improve speed and agility. Strength training is added to help you add power. Games and healthy competition create excitement and fun while you're getting a great workout.

Football Camps

Football Camps & Combine Test Days
Test your football fitness and build your ability to play football longer and harder! You’ll have a blast, guided by athletic trainers who work with football programs at several area high schools.

How fast can you run?
How powerful are you?
How high can you jump?

Moore’s athletic trainers will run you through all the football fitness tests in a fast, furious and fun combine session. You’ll get a written report on all your scores.
