Golf Fitness at Moore

Get Ready for Golf

Increase your foundational strength and improve golf swing fitness fundamentals.

 

     Dates:  August 7 - September 16

       Time:  6:30 - 7:45 p.m.  -  Tuesday & Thursday

Location:  Moore at Bobby Valentine's Sports Academy

                  72 Camp Avenue

                  Stamford, CT

It all starts with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

A physical therapist will evaluate your body’s functional movement capabilities. We observe your strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, core strength, balance and potential areas that could be at risk of injury.

Our physical therapists and strength & conditioning specialists use the information from the FMS to develop a personalized program to improve your:

      • Strength
      • Functional Flexibility
      • Core Strength
      • Rotational Power
      • Hand-Eye Coordination
      • Stability
      • Conditioning
      • Hip Mobility

. . . and to reduce your risk for injury while improving your golf performance.
