Do you want increased speed? A faster athlete is a better athlete. Moore Speed & Agility is both a philosophy and specific training techniques that include proper footwork, form resistance, and assistance to improve speed and agility.

 

Ages 11-13/Middle School

This class will get your child moving in the right direction! Moore Speed & Agility is both a philosophy and training technique that includes footwork, resistance, and assistance to improve speed and agility. The program is a great foundation for all sports, dance or outdoor activities.

 

Ages 14-18/High School
Speed, Agility and Strength

This class is appropriate for those who want to get into better physical condition or prepare for sports, dance or vigorous outdoor activities. You'll work on footwork, resistance and assistance to improve speed and agility. Strength training is added to help you add power.
