Our tennis movement coaches are also
trained and certified by Pat Etcheberry, a legend
in the field of sports fitness and movement for more
than 30 years.
The Etcheberry Experience has transformed
many of the greats in tennis, including Andre Agassi,
Justine
Henin-Hardenne, Martina Hingis, Pete Sampras, Jim
Courier, Jennifer Capriati, Monica Seles and Gabriela
Sabatini. It’ll work for you, too.

This class prepares you to hit the
court running for the indoor tennis season. You’ll prevent
injury and build endurance, strength, speed and agility
specifically for tennis.

JumpStart Tennis Fitness
(All Ages
of Youth)
In this class, you build a
firm foundation for optimal tennis fitness and
conditioning.
The
program kicks off with your individual Functional
Evaluation, followed by training in a fundamental
Etcheberry techniques for tennis movement. To ensure
proper technique, we group classes by age and we
limit JumpStart to a maximum of 3 players.
