school)
Fun and fitness can go together!
This gets your child off the couch, and away from
the computer!
During
the 4-week session, your child will work through
a variety of exercises geared at strengthening
their upper and lower body, as well as core strength
and
improving endurance. We include games to help youngsters
learn to enjoy age-appropriate competition in a
fun atmosphere.
50-minute formal class, with 10-minute cool down
period. Meets 3 times/week

Speed & Agility (Ages 11-13/Middle School and
Ages 14-18/High School)
Do you want increased
speed? A faster athlete is a better athlete.
This 6-week class will get
your
child moving in the right direction! Our Speed & Agility
is both a philosophy and specific training techniques
that include proper footwork, form resistance,
and assistance to improve speed and agility.

JumpStart
Tennis Fitness
(All Ages of Youth)
In this class, you build a
firm foundation for optimal tennis fitness and
conditioning. The
program kicks
off with your individual Functional Evaluation,
followed by training in a fundamental Etcheberry techniques
for tennis movement. To ensure proper technique,
we group classes by age and we limit JumpStart

Raise your game to new heights!
Following your personal Etcheberry Tennis Performance
Evaluation,
you will
develop strength, speed and agility specifically
for tennis in a fun and challenging Etcheberry work-out. To maximize benefits, classes
are limited to 6 to
8 players, grouped in 3 ability levels.
Prerequisite: JumpStart Tennis Fitness

Golf Fitness
(All Ages of Youth)
Set yourself apart and
boost your performance when you hit the links.
Our Golf Fitness
is an intensive
training program geared towards helping
you build strength and power through
your core
and hips,
gain flexibility, build grip strength
and endurance and
improve your balance. The goal: help
you become a better player and athlete
by improving
the
speed and strength of your golf swing,
correcting any
muscle
imbalances that can affect your golf
shots and improving your overall
fitness. To
maximize benefits,
classes
are limited to 6-8 players, grouped
according to age and ability.

play, we’ll help you perform
better! With an athlete/instructor
ratio of just 4 to 1, this class provides training that’s
tailored to your sport. You’ll work on speed, agility,
total body power and flexibility. You’ll also focus
on footwork and other fundamental athletic skills, modified
for your sport.
