Personal Training for Youth
Inspiration. Motivation. Challenge. Fun. Our youth personal training program at Moore will provide it all, with age appropriate exercises and movements.
We conduct a Functional Evaluation, a thorough assessment of how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, your personal trainer can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring.
Your Moore personal trainer provides you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance. Then they will tailor a program to help you build your strength, flexibility and properly condition you to achieve your goals.
As you work through your program with your Moore personal trainer, modifications are made to continually challenge you and advance your progress.
After School Fitness - Middle School
Improve Coordination, Speed & Agility, and Core Strength!
Participants will improve their movement mechanics which will improve their physical performance on and off the field. Classes are challenging but fun and have a personal training feel in that each participant is monitored and progressed according to their fitness and skill level.
A great class to get ready for the spring sport schedule.
With all our fitness programs, injury prevention is a key component.
Days: Tue & Fri OR Wed & Fri, ongoing
Time: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Cost: $300 for 6 weeks
Complimentary Movement Screen for each participant prior to the start of class.
After School Fitness - High School
Participants will improve on Speed, Agility, Quickness & Core Strength!
Participants will improve their movement mechanics which will improve their physical performance on and off the field.
A great class to compliment a sport schedule, prepare for an upcoming season, or just be an active and fit teenager.
With all our fitness programs, injury prevention is a key component. Ideal for athletes as well as non-athletes.
Days: Tue & Thur, ongoing
Time: 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Cost: $300 for 6 weeks
Complimentary Movement Screen for each participant prior to the start of class.
