Moore’s
new 10,000 square foot Wilton Center was built
with sports and fitness in mind. The Wilton
Center is NCAA Division 1 caliber athletic, sports
and rehabilitation center modeled after UCONN’s
new state-of-the-art football facility.
Inside you’ll
find a state-of-the-art fitness facility with top-of-the-line equipment
and weights, multi-sport surface lined for
tennis, basketball hoops, and nets for volleyball,
tennis and lacrosse. We offer sports
training and fitness programs, nutrition counseling,
massage therapy, ergonomic programs and more.
All
of our programs are designed to help you become
the best athlete possible or just get you in better
shape. And our expert staff of certified and
licensed
athletic trainers, strength and conditioning
specialists, physical therapists and nutritionists
develop and
run all of our programs.

One-on-one
training and group programs for all

Programs are designed based on

Prior to beginning a personal or group training program, each client is given a Functional Movement Screen [details...], designed by a Physical Therapist. We assess how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, we can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring. We provide you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance.
