Our small classes allow your instructor to give you plenty of individualized attention.  You’ll feel motivated and more confident as you progress through your class.

Elite Morning Workout: Get an amazing workout before your day gets too hectic.  We rotate the programming through strength, speed, power, and flexibility. For intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

$25/class sold in packages of 50.

Guided Personal Workouts: Do you want the guidance, knowledge, and motivation that comes from a Personal Trainer but want an affordable alternative to 1-on-1 training? Our Guided Personal Workouts allow you to work out in a small group whil our certified personal trainers guide you towards your fitness goals.

1 Hour sessions - Up to 3x per week - $250/Month; Up to 5x per week - $300/Month

Keep Moving: Better Balance & Strength for adults age 50 and over. Perfect post-rehab class to 'keep moving'. Individualized attention given to each client.

$30/class or $200/month unlimited access.

Power Lunch: 30-min Total Body strength & conditioning, including core work.  Get a mid-day boost, both physically and mentally, to help get through the rest of the day.

$15/class or $120/month unlimited access. ($200/month unlimited access to Power Lunch, Tennis and After Work.) 

After Work Fitness: A class of dedicated adults looking to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall strength. $30/class or $200/month unlimited access to After Work, Power Lunch and Tennis.

A Dedication to Quality and Safety

Prior to beginning a personal or group training program, each client is given a Functional Movement Screen [details...], designed by a Physical Therapist. We assess how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, we can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring. We provide you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance.

And the entire Moore team – from our athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists and physical therapists to our nutritionists and dieticians, is licensed or certified in their discipline.

We focus on raising your overall performance to the next level – by improving your strength, power, speed, agility and flexibility. We work with you to prevent injury and design a proper diet to sustain an energy level needed to achieve peak performance. We’ll inspire you and push you appropriately so you get as much benefit as possible. And we’ll do it in a safe manner.

At Moore, we offer both group and individual fitness and sports performance programs, geared towards a range of abilities from beginner to elite athlete. So whether you’re getting ready to hit the front nine, hit it out of the ballpark or hit it just inside the service line, we have a program for you.
