The Etcheberry Experience has transformed many of the greats in tennis, including Andre Agassi, Justine Henin-Hardenne, Martina Hingis, Pete Sampras, Jim Courier, Jennifer Capriati, Monica Seles and Gabriela Sabatini. It’ll work for you, too.
Prior to beginning a personal or group training program, each client is given a Functional Movement Screen [details...], designed by a Physical Therapist. We assess how you move, your joint mobility, flexibility, body mechanics and core strength. Through this process, and our ongoing monitoring of your progress throughout your training at Moore, we can identify physical problems that put you at risk for injury, and take pre-emptive steps to reduce the possibility of an injury occurring. We provide you with a written report and personal consultation that helps to chart the course for better performance.
