various insurance companies, including:

- Medicare
- Oxford
- United Health Care
- Workers Compensation
If your insurance company is not
included on this list, you may be contracted under
one of our group contracts or you still may be eligible
for out-of-network benefits. To determine your benefits,
please contact the staff at the Moore office where
you wish to receive services.
Coverage for physical therapy varies
greatly with the type of insurance you have. Many
require
pre-certification
for physical therapy. Prior to your first visit
we will call your insurance company to ascertain
your
particular insurance coverage and/or requirements.
We will advise you of this information before
you start
physical therapy, and we will make every effort
to comply with your insurance company's requirements
to ensure proper coverage. |
