Myofascial Therapy
A massage technique for stretching the fascia (connective tissue) and releasing bonds between fascia and skin, muscles, and bones. The goal of this therapy is to eliminate pain, improve alignment and structural balance of the body, improve flexibility, and facilitate mind-body awareness.
