The benefits of massage are well
known among those looking for a way to unwind, relax
and rejuvenate. But there is a growing body of research
showing that massage can also reduce
pain and aid in the recovery from an injury.
At Moore, we offer
therapeutic massage to those looking for both stress
reduction and pain relief, and offer
a variety of massage services tailored to your
needs and schedule.
We also offer myofascial massage; a massage technique for stretching the fascia (connective
tissue) and releasing bonds between fascia and
skin, muscles, and bones. The goal of this therapy
is
to eliminate pain, improve alignment and structural
balance of the body, improve flexibility, and facilitate
mind-body awareness.
