I had a fantastic experience with Peggy during my full body stretch at Moore. She taught me so much about my body and how I can improve my flexibility. I felt energized AND relaxed when my hour was up. I highly recommend the full body stretch to everyone, regardless of how active or flexible you are. I plan to get stretched on a regular basis!
