Full Body Stretch - FBS
This program is a one-on-one, clinician-based,
hands-on session. This program can be as intense
as you like it or as relaxing as you need. In an
FBS session you will be stretched from head to toe.
The goal of the FBS is to decrease pain, increase
movement patterns, and increase body awareness. This
program has many benefits for active people of all
