Full Body Stretch

This program is a one-on-one, clinician-based, hands-on session. This program can be as intense as you like it or as relaxing as you need. In a stretching session you will be stretched from head to toe. The goal of the this service is to decrease pain, increase movement patterns, and increase body awareness.

This program has many benefits for active people of all ages. Whether you are a runner, golfer, or someone who wants to get in shape (or stay in shape), this program can help you reach your goals.

Clients feel energized and feel immediate increased range of motion after a full body stretch!
