Full Body Stretch
This program is a one-on-one, clinician-based,
hands-on session. This program can be as intense
as you like it or as relaxing as you need. In a stretching session you will be stretched from head to toe.
The goal of the this service is to decrease pain, increase
movement patterns, and increase body awareness.
